REFUND POLICY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Merchandise purchased at an event is subject to an exchange only within the event period. Exchanges are valid on-site only and subject to approval. 
  • We will accept your online purchase for a return or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • New, unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a product of equal value. Package must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and include the original receipt or order confirmation, all tags/stickers attached. 
  • Refund is the amount of purchase, minus shipping. 
  • After 30 days, returns are final sale.
  • BMR Off-Road Apparel is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages



DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

  • If you receive a defective item, we will exchange it or issue a full refund. 
  • Please contact us at bmrmerchandise@gmail.com with a description and photos to report defective merchandise. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in new unused condition and damage free (except for manufacturer defect)
